RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Lamoureeclat, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags and original packaging must be included
• Due to hygiene reasons, intimate items showing signs of wear or damage may not be accepted

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order after your return is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
